Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in resalable condition.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
